Ethics

Corporate social responsibility

For Crisden, Corporate Social Responsibility is embodied in the ability to integrate its business activities with respect and protection for all, demonstrating an ongoing commitment to safeguarding environmental resources and their preservation for future generations. In other words, its actions aim to pursue its business while considering the respect due to all living beings and inanimate objects as the goal of its actions and not as a means to profit. This means doing one's job well and with dignity, respecting the rules, but also, and above all, being inspired by shared principles and values. The ethical action pursued by the company therefore aims to be a rational incentive to seek to understand not only what is right to do, but also why it is necessary to do so.
Legislative Decree No. 231 of June 8, 2001, introduced into the Italian legal system the system of administrative liability of entities for certain crimes committed by directors, managers, or employees (Predicate Crimes) in the interest or to the benefit of the entity itself. Crisden srl, with a Board of Directors resolution of January 7, 2021, adopted its own Organization, Management, and Control Model in accordance with this legislation. A Supervisory Board was also established, tasked with overseeing the functioning and compliance of the aforementioned Model and ensuring its updating. The Compliance and Governance System is also completed with the adoption of a Code of Ethics, which describes the principles and moral values that inspire Crisden srl and characterize its activities in its various organizational and operational components.

Waste sorting

Emilia-Romagna is one of Italy's most efficient regions for waste sorting, with data placing Reggio Emilia among the top performers. Last year, according to the latest data provided by Iren, the regional capital reached 80% of total waste sorting, and in some municipalities, the rate reached nearly 90%.

Plastic Free
Plastic Free

"Plastic Free" plastic is a material that lasts hundreds of years and whose production consumes significant resources. We don't want to condemn it, but we need to use it wisely. CRISDEN, for its part, has decided to take action to eliminate single-use plastic within its offices.

Circular economy
Circular economy
