The design phase is the heart of our process. Once the client's brief is received, CRISDEN's technical and creative team works to immediately interpret the idea, transforming it into a concrete basis for developing the accessory.

Modeling & Prototyping
From the drawing to the first model: where the idea takes shape
From design, we move to technical modeling and rapid prototyping. Our in-house department develops the first physical models through artisanal processes and technologies like 3D printing, essential for testing shapes, volumes, and materials.

Once the prototype is approved, we enter the industrialization phase, where every detail is optimized to ensure repeatability, efficiency, and sustainability of production.
Our departments are equipped with advanced machinery based on Industry 4.0 principles: continuous-cycle automatic cutting systems, automated gluing machines with drying tunnels, and LED lighting for quality control during nesting. Everything is designed to ensure rapid turnaround times, optimized costs, and quality results.
